HELP I GOT 2 D's SENIOR YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL!!!!!! CAN I STILL GO TO SJSU?

I got two D's this year and i was wondering will SJSU revoke me, they were in physics and in bridge to college math, i have already taking earth science and biliogy and passed those and i have already taken 2 years of geomerty and 1 year of alg 2 will i be revoked????? what should i do
