Scribd.com won't load.?

Whenever I go to scribd it says "optimizing your scribd experience" and refreshes itself in an endless loop. When I hit the link it provides for if it won't load it continues doing the exact same thing. I've tried this in both chrome and internet explorer and no other sites have problems like this.
