MAN CARD REVOKED!!?!?!?

Alright, two guys I know are best friends in my junior class. One guy decides to date the others sister, the sister is in the eighth grade (yeah a little young). They are also doing the hanky panky and the brother approves of it. The brother said that he gave his blessing so they could date (DOESN'T EXHIST!) Man card revoked? I say yes. What do you think?
