DWI reinstatement help?

I just got a dwi(4th degree) today in minnesota and want to know what i should do. It state that my license will be revoke for 90 days. On the back of the paper they gave me is a list of thing i must do for a reinstatement. since this is my first time, im not sure what is require from me. Do i have to go and pay the fine, or do I have to pay the fine and wait 90 days before i can drive again?
