Am i able to re enter the US?

I got my residency denied due to a job i had where i signed as a citizen when i was 18 years old, after that i went back to my home country i did not get deported, I only had all my documents such as work permit revoked. i had my wife here with me for about 6 months but she had to go back to the U.S to finish college. I do not intend to live in the Us anymore. Am I able to get any sort of visa that would let me at least visit?
