System repair keeps looping?

My computer restarted randomly one day and went on to system repair. the problem is, it keeps saying "system cannot repair this computer". I don't know what to do! Also I tried to restart it again and it got to the boot menu, but now my keyboard wont work! (USB) Please help! Thank you!
