What's up with my Goldfish?

My red and White Ryukin goldfish Chum Chum stays at the bottom of my tank a lot, and avoids the other goldfish. It's top fin stays down most of the time, and I'm not sure if it's being territorial, if it's pregnant, or if it's just sick?
