What happens when you violate probation twice?

the father of my child got a ticket for driving without a license 2 years ago and was suppose to go to court and put on probation but didn't so he got a bench warrent well he was on the run from it for a year and got arrested in another county which violated his probation so he got caught and was sent to jail and saw a judge and they didn't revoke his probation they reinstated it but then he violated it again by never coming and being on the run for 6 months but then got arrested again in another county now when they send him back to the other county where he violated his probation what is going to happen when he sees the judge will his probation be revoked or reinstated?
