Getting Guardianship over a younger sibling?

My parents are threatening to throw my brother out, and he is going to go live with friends. However he is 17 and about to join the Army, but my parents are going to revoke their permission. I was wondering how it would be possible for me to gain Guardianship of him, I am 18.
