Will I have my admission revoked?

I have been accepted as a transfer student to UCLA for Fall 2011. I am a UC to UC transfer. This spring my grades weren't as great as I wanted them to be. I received a B in physics 2c and Ochem 112b. I received a C in Bio 5c and in a physics lab (which I found is not required for my major). My major is Physiological Science. I have contacted UCLA already and am currently waiting for a response. My updated GPA was around a 3.4 and fell to a 3.3 after that quarter. Should I be worried that I may have my admission rescinded?
