How come it took so long for Octomom's fertility DR'S license to be revoked?

Are Dr's. treated like Gods in this Country?Sorry I referred to Natalie as Octomom(the media's derogatory name for her) If I would have said Natalie,I don't think anyone would know who I am talking about. Anyways, her Dr. was clearly irresponsible for allowing/helping someone so unstable emoitonally, and financially have that liter of children.
