Cure for the ultimate acne?

I've had pimples since 6 years and i'm 20 now..it has only got worse by time..i've tried almost everything and i'm tired of experimenting on my skin,tried many famous medicines on recommendation of skin specialists but nothing seems to help over time..it gets worse when its exposed to sun and during chums..SOMEONE PLSSS PLSSS HELP!!!!
