More outlook 2010 problems?

Hey there again. I answered your other outlook question if you have not noticed yet. Again I have no personal experience with Outlook. I don't quite understand your question, but I think you are asking "How can send an email to a group of contacts without all of their names appearing on it?" If so, see if there is a line that says BCC, (Not CC) BCC stand for blind carbon copy. SAy if you were to send a email to your friend and your boss. If you wanted to send a email to your boss and you didn't want your boss to know your friend's email. You would put your friends email in the BCC section. I am not sure if you are asking this but I hoped I helped.
