Uc santa cruz revoke admission?

I have a D in french 3, I have tried so hard all year to maintain a C but my final exam dropped me down. I am a legal studies major, and have no intentions of studying french. My GPA is above 3.0 and I have already taken 2 years of french. This is the only D i have ever received on my transcript. will i get rescinded ? please help i'm so scared right now.
