Can my boyfriend be helped while in jail?

My boyfriend is in jail for ten days and then they move him to another town here in south tx and idk if they can set a bond for him they won't do it in the town he is in since his case is in another town his probation was revoked and he got arrested two days ago we have three small children together and i need my man to be free can they keep him in there a long time or can they give him a chance and renew his probation and set a bond so he can come home to his family?
