Will i be arrested at an arraignment/petition to revoke?

I was sentenced to 18 months of probation on July 13, 2010. I had to be transferred from vermilion county to cook county. The first two months I was required to fax my information to my probation officer in vermilion county until i was officially transferred to cook county. The probation officer in cook county showed up to my aunt's house, where I was living, but she told them that i didn't live there so they rejected me and sent the rejection to my p.o, in vermilion county. My probation officer put in a violation, now i have to go to court for an arraignment/petition to revoke. what can happen and what can i do to prove my case?
