You need to consult an attorney. They can tell you the actual terms for whatever you THINK you asked about. There is no such thing as a 'Wage Revoke Assignment letter'. I doubt they can legally hold your paycheck, but it will take longer than the court date to SCHEDULE a hearing on the issue.
