Is this website legal or not and how.?

The site http://www.naked-lindsey.com/?uid=714900 claims to be a guy getting back at his girlfriend for dumping him, but if this was true is it legal for him to be posting pictures of her online, or is her right to what he does with them revoked when she gives him the pictures?
