Is MCAS Yuma Housing Nice?

My Husband has orders to Yuma MCAS, and we have already been assigned a house on base, but don't move in until July. Its a four bedroom town house in the Monegan Loop area. I have only seen the floor plan so far because we are not there yet, and it seemed on the smaller side and the laundry room outside. But, does anyone know about the houses in that area of base and what the may be like? Pictures? Thank you!
