Is it wrong to consume two bottles of gin within three hours?

I've been there before... Last week I was alone for an afternoon in my stately vacation manor on the English countryside when my relatives were out riding. I couldn't accompany them because I'd sprained my ankle a few days before. So what I did to quell my loneliness was do away with three or four bottles of scotch (the property is near the Scottish border). Needless to say, when my family returned, they found two of the servants dead, our best horse stuck in the chimney pipe, and nearly all the croissants missing! Next time I think I'll stick to tea.
