Getting a D in a class senior year?

Ok so when I applied to schools in september i had a 3.4 gpa. I never got a C once and all I had were a's and b's. Now I got hit with senioritis a bit too much and I might get a D as my final grade in AP bio. I'm going to go to Rutgers (public in-state school) next year and I'm going to their engineering school. Could a D in bio get me revoked from Rutgers? PLEASE HELP... I'm sooooo nervous right now!
