Can my father revoke my US citizenship if I dont want to conduct a DNA test?

I was born in Germany but applied for my US citizenship 3 years ago and my claim was successful. Now my father wants my to conduct a paternity test and threatens me that if I don't give him access to my blood, he will revoke my citizenship. Now I live in NYC and was asking myself whether he can revoke my citizenship?
